4-Ply Yarns
Most of the 4-ply yarns listed here are designed for baby garments, and come in the softest of textures and colours suitable for wee ones!
For socks and for adult garments where a little more 'strength' is required as well as more adult colours, we recommend the Wendy Mode 4-Ply, which is very soft and of high quality. The St Ives range; although it's called 'sock yarn', comes in a lovely range of solid and tweedy colours that are ideal for adult garments. Last but by no means least, there is the beautiful Araucania 'Ranco' range - again labelled as a 'sock yarn' but fantastic for adult garments. It comes in a range of semi-solid colours with some variegation in shading, and also in multicolours.
